Meet Tim Nicholas
Tim Nicholas has lived in Spokane since 1988 and graduated from Whitworth University, where he played basketball and earned a degree in Speech Communications.
Tim has spent more than 32 years in the home improvement industry, helping homeowners make informed decisions about roofing, siding, and exterior improvements. His background in communication and decades of industry experience help him explain options clearly, answer questions, and guide homeowners toward practical solutions for their homes.
Tim’s approach is built on education, honesty, and service. He believes homeowners should understand their options before making a major exterior investment, whether they are replacing an aging roof, updating siding, improving curb appeal, or planning a larger exterior project.
Family is also important to Tim. As a husband and father, he understands that a home is more than a structure. It is where families spend time, build memories, and protect what matters most.
Meet Jeremy Munsen
Jeremy Munsen grew up in Spokane and has spent more than 28 years in the home improvement industry.
Jeremy’s experience started in the field, where he spent 14 years installing windows, doors, siding, and roofing before moving into management. That hands-on background gives him a practical understanding of what happens during the construction phase of a project.
After moving into management, Jeremy oversaw crews, job quality, and project completion. That experience helps 20/20 Exteriors manage details, communicate expectations, and complete work in a professional and organized way.
Jeremy brings both installation knowledge and project management experience to the company. His goal is to help homeowners feel confident that their project is being handled carefully, professionally, and with attention to detail.
Jeremy is also a husband and father. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family on the river, fishing, boating, and wakeboarding.
